A Claifornia bill passed in the Senate Assembly on Monday. This bill prohibited drones from flying over private property below 350 feet. This comes after the argument that people beleive that they have privacy in their own back yard that does not include people being able to watch them from ablove. If the drone operator has permission from the property owner or if it is their own property they are still permitted to fly in that zone. They are also allowed to fly over streets and public areas.
